Max Gomez
ICE deported my dad. I failed algebra 3 times in school.
I had a failing grade in chemistry.
I was dropped from the varsity basketball team.
I’ve been suspended, expelled, and even threatened that I wouldn’t walk during my high school graduation.
I’ve even missed the game-winning wide-open layup during a JV basketball game in front of the entire school.
In 2019, I failed to successfully launch a nonprofit organization.
In 2023, I failed to grow the churches I pastored.
As a bilingual communicator, I speak to over 1,000 people every year—nonprofits, faith organizations, and universities—helping the next generation learn that the entry price of success is embarrassment. Grounded by my faith and fueled by purpose, I love helping stuck, stressed, and scattered young professional men to unlock who they are, what they’re built to build, and how to start building so they stop wasting their time.
Whether it’s from the stage, on a page, in an online community, or a one-on-one coaching call, my goal is simple: help people become something greater than they ever thought possible.
